Look for the Phone Plus kiosk at the entrance to Coles and Liquorland Warehouse. Bring your device straight to the counter. Most Apple repairs don't need a booking.
Parking is free. Tooronga Village has an undercover car park, so there's no hunting for a spot or paying for a meter like closer to the city.

How long does a MacBook repair take?
It depends on the repair and the part. Call or SMS us and we'll tell you before you come in.
Do I need to book?
Send us an SMS first so we can confirm we have your part in stock. We'll tell you when to drop it off.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen or battery replacement doesn't erase your device. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
What does the warranty cover?
Screens and most repairs have a 3 month warranty, and batteries have 6 months. It covers faults with the part. It doesn't cover new physical damage, such as a drop, or water damage.
Can you fix a MacBook with liquid damage?
Often, yes. Turn it off straight away, don't charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can. We check it for free and tell you the cost before we start.
How much do you charge to check my device?
Nothing. We don't charge a diagnostic fee.
