Look for the Phone Plus kiosk at the entrance to Coles and Liquorland Warehouse. Bring your device straight to the counter. Most Apple repairs don't need a booking.
Parking is free. Tooronga Village has an undercover car park, so there's no hunting for a spot or paying for a meter like closer to the city.

Screen quality varies a lot. For iPhone we offer a Soft OLED screen that looks and feels closest to the original, and an Incell LCD that's a clear HD screen for less. For Samsung we fit genuine Samsung screens. Each model page explains the screen options for that phone.

How long does a repair take?
Most iPhone screen and battery repairs take about 30 minutes, so you can shop at Tooronga Village while we work. Other repairs depend on the part, and we tell you before you leave the phone.
Do I need to book?
Most Apple repairs don't need a booking. For Samsung, Pixel and anything unusual, SMS us your model first so we can have the part ready.
Will I lose my photos and data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs don't erase your phone. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
Are your screens good quality?
We don't fit the cheapest screens. iPhones get a choice of Soft OLED, closest to the original, or a clear HD Incell LCD. Samsung phones get genuine Samsung screens.
What warranty do you give?
3 months on screens and most repairs, 6 months on batteries. It covers faults with the part, not new drops or water damage.
Do you charge to look at my phone?
No. There's no diagnostic fee. We check it and give you a price before any work starts.
Is there parking?
Yes, and it's free. Tooronga Village has an undercover car park, a nice change from paying for parking closer to the city. Our kiosk is at the entrance to Coles.
