Common Galaxy S23 problems we fix
Screens and batteries are only part of it. These are the other Galaxy S23 faults people bring to our kiosk.
Calls, speaker and microphone
Can't hear callers, or they can't hear you? On the Galaxy S23 that's usually the earpiece, the microphone or a blocked mesh. We test each one and fix the right part.
No signal, SIM, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
If your Galaxy S23 keeps dropping signal or won't find Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices, bring it in. We check settings first, then the antennas and board.
Power and volume buttons
Buttons that don't click are common after a drop. We repair the power button and volume buttons on the Galaxy S23.
Back glass
Back glass cracks spread over time. Getting the Galaxy S23's back replaced early keeps water and dust out.
Not charging or charging port
If your Galaxy S23 only charges when the cable sits at an angle, the USB-C port is probably full of pocket lint or worn out. We clean it first, and only replace the port when cleaning doesn't fix it.
Water damage
Liquid causes corrosion that gets worse every hour. If your Galaxy S23 got wet, switch it off and bring it in. We open it, clean the board and tell you what we find.
Motherboard and no power
No power, stuck on the logo or restarting by itself? We diagnose Galaxy S23 logic board faults and do board-level repairs where a fix is possible.
Data recovery
We recover data from Galaxy S23 phones that won't turn on, won't unlock or have liquid damage, where the chip is still readable.
Cameras, lens and flash
A cracked camera lens on the Galaxy S23 makes every photo look hazy. Often only the lens glass needs replacing, which costs far less than a whole camera.
Accessories. Need accessories too? We carry cases, USB-C cables, power adapters, screen protectors and car phone holders, and we can fit a screen protector for your Galaxy S23 while you wait.
Near you. Customers bring their Galaxy S23 to us from Malvern, Camberwell, Hawthorn East, Hawthorn, Kooyong and Toorak, and Tooronga Village has a free undercover car park.
Galaxy S23 repair FAQ
How long does a Galaxy S23 repair take?
It depends on the repair and the part. Call or SMS us and we'll tell you before you come in.
Do I need to book?
Send us an SMS first so we can confirm we have your part in stock. We'll tell you when to drop it off.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen or battery replacement doesn't erase your device. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
What does the warranty cover?
Screens and most repairs have a 3 month warranty, and batteries have 6 months. It covers faults with the part. It doesn't cover new physical damage, such as a drop, or water damage.
Are your Samsung screens genuine?
Yes. We fit genuine Samsung screens, either refurbished or new service pack parts. Each model page shows which one we use for that phone.
How much do you charge to check my device?
Nothing. We don't charge a diagnostic fee.
