Clean or replace?
Lint and dust build up at the back of the port until the plug can't go in all the way. A careful clean fixes many phones on the spot. If the pins are bent, burnt or corroded, we replace the port. On iPhones it's a separate part; on many Android phones it sits on a small board that we swap.
Before you come in
Try a different cable and charger to rule them out. Please don't dig in the port with pins or metal tools, as it's easy to bend the contacts.

Parking is free. Tooronga Village has an undercover car park, so there's no hunting for a spot or paying for a meter like closer to the city.

How much is a charging port repair?
If it only needs a clean, it's usually quick. A replacement depends on your model, so SMS us the model and we'll reply with a price.
How long does it take?
A clean takes a few minutes. Most iPhone port replacements are done the same day. We'll confirm when you SMS us.
Can I just use wireless charging?
You can for now, but a faulty port can also affect wired headphones, data transfer and connecting to a computer, so it's worth fixing.
Do you charge to check it?
No. There's no diagnostic fee.
