Look for the Phone Plus kiosk at the entrance to Coles and Liquorland Warehouse. Bring your phone straight to the counter. Most Apple repairs don't need a booking.
Parking is free. Tooronga Village has an undercover car park, so there's no hunting for a spot or paying for a meter like closer to the city.

Not charging or charging port
Phone not charging? On the Pixel 10 we check the USB-C port, the battery and the charging chip in that order, so you don't pay for a part you didn't need.
Water damage
Liquid causes corrosion that gets worse every hour. If your Pixel 10 got wet, switch it off and bring it in. We open it, clean the board and tell you what we find.
Motherboard and no power
Boot loops and dead phones often come down to one failed part on the board. We find it and quote before we start on your Pixel 10.
Data recovery
If the Pixel 10 is too damaged to repair, your photos and contacts may still be saved. Ask us about data recovery before you give up on it.
Cameras, lens and flash
If the camera app shakes, buzzes or shows black, the camera module may be faulty. We test your Pixel 10's cameras and torch and quote by SMS.
Calls, speaker and microphone
If people say you sound far away on calls, the Pixel 10's microphone may be blocked or faulty. A free check tells us which.
No signal, SIM, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
No signal, "No SIM" or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth that won't switch on can point to an antenna or board fault. We test your Pixel 10 with a working SIM to narrow it down.

It depends on the repair and the part. Call or SMS us and we'll tell you before you come in.
Do I need to book?
Send us an SMS first so we can confirm we have your part in stock. We'll tell you when to drop it off.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen or battery replacement doesn't erase your device. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
What does the warranty cover?
Screens and most repairs have a 3 month warranty, and batteries have 6 months. It covers faults with the part. It doesn't cover new physical damage, such as a drop, or water damage.
How much do you charge to check my device?
Nothing. We don't charge a diagnostic fee.
