What gets replaced
On most MacBooks the glass, the panel and the lid come as one display assembly, so a cracked screen means a new top half. We'll tell you which part we'd fit for your model, and the price, before we order anything.
Find your model first
Click the Apple menu, then About This Mac, and send us the name and year (for example "MacBook Air 13-inch, M2, 2022"). If the screen is black, the model number on the underside, such as A2681, works too.
Find us at Tooronga Village
Look for the Phone Plus kiosk at the entrance to Coles and Liquorland Warehouse. Bring your device straight to the counter. Most Apple repairs don't need a booking.
Parking is free. Tooronga Village has an undercover car park, so there's no hunting for a spot or paying for a meter like closer to the city.

How much is a MacBook screen replacement?
It depends on the model and year. SMS or email us the details from About This Mac and we will reply with a price.
How long does it take?
If the part is in stock, it's often ready the same day or the next. Some screens need ordering. We'll tell you when you ask for a quote.
Will I lose my files?
No. A screen replacement doesn't touch your storage. A Time Machine or iCloud backup is still a good idea before any repair.
What warranty do I get?
3 months on the new screen. It covers faults with the part, not new drops or liquid damage.
