Galaxy S10e faults we repair every week
The Galaxy S10e came out in 2019, and phones that age start to show wear in ports, buttons and batteries. Here's what we see most often.
Data recovery
We recover data from Galaxy S10e phones that won't turn on, won't unlock or have liquid damage, where the chip is still readable.
Cameras, lens and flash
If the camera app shakes, buzzes or shows black, the camera module may be faulty. We test your Galaxy S10e's cameras and torch and quote by SMS.
Calls, speaker and microphone
Can't hear callers, or they can't hear you? On the Galaxy S10e that's usually the earpiece, the microphone or a blocked mesh. We test each one and fix the right part.
No signal, SIM, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
No signal, "No SIM" or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth that won't switch on can point to an antenna or board fault. We test your Galaxy S10e with a working SIM to narrow it down.
Power and volume buttons
Stuck, loose or unresponsive power button and volume buttons on the Galaxy S10e? We replace the button flex so they click properly again.
Back glass
Shattered the glass back on your Galaxy S10e? We replace it with the camera lens and housing protected, so it looks and feels like new.
Not charging or charging port
A loose or dead USB-C port is one of the most common repairs we do. Bring your Galaxy S10e in and we'll tell you in a few minutes whether it needs a clean or a new port.
Water damage
Dropped your Galaxy S10e in water? Turn it off, don't charge it and skip the bag of rice. Bring it to Tooronga Village as soon as you can for a free check.
Motherboard and no power
No power, stuck on the logo or restarting by itself? We diagnose Galaxy S10e logic board faults and do board-level repairs where a fix is possible.
Accessories. Protect your Galaxy S10e after the repair: we sell cases, tempered glass screen protectors, fast chargers, USB-C cables and car phone holders.
Near you. Customers bring their Galaxy S10e to us from Canterbury, Surrey Hills, Balwyn, Carnegie, Caulfield North and Prahran, and Tooronga Village has a free undercover car park.
Galaxy S10e repair FAQ
How long does a Galaxy S10e repair take?
It depends on the repair and the part. Call or SMS us and we'll tell you before you come in.
Do I need to book?
Send us an SMS first so we can confirm we have your part in stock. We'll tell you when to drop it off.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen or battery replacement doesn't erase your device. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
What does the warranty cover?
Screens and most repairs have a 3 month warranty, and batteries have 6 months. It covers faults with the part. It doesn't cover new physical damage, such as a drop, or water damage.
Are your Samsung screens genuine?
Yes. We fit genuine Samsung screens, either refurbished or new service pack parts. Each model page shows which one we use for that phone.
How much do you charge to check my device?
Nothing. We don't charge a diagnostic fee.
