The iPhone 13 Pro came out in 2021, and phones that age start to show wear in ports, buttons and batteries. Here's what we see most often.
No power, stuck on the logo or restarting by itself? We diagnose iPhone 13 Pro logic board faults and do board-level repairs where a fix is possible.
If the iPhone 13 Pro is too damaged to repair, your photos and contacts may still be saved. Ask us about data recovery before you give up on it.
Blurry photos, a black camera screen or a flash that won't fire? We replace rear and front cameras, the camera lens glass and the flash on the iPhone 13 Pro.
Quiet or crackling speaker, muffled calls or voice messages with no sound: we repair speakers, earpieces and microphones on the iPhone 13 Pro.
SIM not detected, searching for signal, or Wi-Fi greyed out? These faults on the iPhone 13 Pro can be a simple fix or a board repair. We tell you which.
Buttons that don't click are common after a drop. We repair the power button and volume buttons on the iPhone 13 Pro.
A cracked back on the iPhone 13 Pro isn't just cosmetic: sharp edges cut fingers and let in dust and moisture. We replace the back glass and leave the rest of the phone untouched.
"Face ID is not available" after a drop or water? Ask us. The front camera and Face ID sensors on the iPhone 13 Pro can sometimes be repaired.
Lightning ports on older iPhones like the iPhone 13 Pro collect lint that stops the cable clicking in. A careful clean often fixes it on the spot.
Dropped your iPhone 13 Pro in water? Turn it off, don't charge it and skip the bag of rice. Bring it to Tooronga Village as soon as you can for a free check.
Accessories. Our kiosk also stocks cases (including MagSafe cases), tempered glass screen protectors, fast chargers, Lightning cables and car phone holders. Ask us if we have one for the iPhone 13 Pro.

A screen or battery replacement doesn't erase your device. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
Screens and most repairs have a 3 month warranty, and batteries have 6 months. It covers faults with the part. It doesn't cover new physical damage, such as a drop, or water damage.
On recent iPhones, iOS shows an "Unknown Part" notice in Settings after any screen that isn't an Apple genuine part is fitted. The screen and touch still work normally.
Nothing. We don't charge a diagnostic fee.
